About Me

I am a qualified and compassionate counsellor with experience supporting a diverse range of clients from a variety of backgrounds and age groups. My work has included helping individuals dealing with various emotional and psychological challenges, like, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance use disorders and life transitions. I aspire to help clients develop healthier coping mechanisms, build resilience, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.  

I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.

I work using an integrative approach where I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, using elements of person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I am committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust and respect, which I believe is the foundation for meaningful change.
